So you asking can we prevent IE8 from getting installed? Yes, it is absolutely possible. Just visit this site and install the IE8 installation blocker. This would prevent your machine (automatic updates) from automatically installing Windows Internet Explorer 8.
I guess you can also add the reason why you are asking us not to use IE8 also. That will be more helpful.

ReplyDeleteI think I have specified clearly that E-Business Suite is not compatible/certified with IE8 yet. That is your E-Business page will not open/work properly as expected.
