Has truth triumphed finally?
Nuke Deal is a safe and global friendly (against global warming) deal, claims many Scientists and those close to Congress. Nice move by Congress in spite of heavy protests but clearly the LEFT and the BJP are making a mockery over the situation by claiming slogans against PM and Govt. Its for all of us to see clearly that BJP had only one intention and to pull this govt down on baseless corruption charges.
Whatever Congress does it does for the future India. Things like Inflation, Oil prices etc are never ending unless there is a global solution for this. It comes and goes in cycle, explained one of my friends who is currently doing his MS at some US university. All countries should come together to combat, which I believe they are trying hard to. N-Deal should not be sacrificed for false politics and others benefits. Clearly all can see that BJP wanted to clinch all these major deals in their govt. and somehow wanted to down the present govt. by claiming false allegations.
I was the one who insisted on Hydro power and the likes but I read an article today in the 'The Hindu' newspaper today (Chennai edition). It was on Dr.Manmohan Singh's speech. I have to say that he has shown to the world why he is called and respected as a 'Man of Integrity'. He clearly explains why is it not possible to meet the Power needs with the current facilities. He specifies that most plants run on Coal and Carbon Fuel. Coal can't be used heftily on the grounds of Global warming and Carbon fuel supply is diminishing world wide as all can see. We can't improve the Hydro-plant capacity as many villages/people around the dams will have to be dislocated to elsewhere. These points are true and makes sense.
I also read that many scientists and industrialists are for the N-Deal, as the saying goes in one of the Standard Electricals :"Expert ka kaam expert se he chodna hai!". Including our Former President, Abdul Kalam, all are for N-Deal, I salute Dr. Abdul ji and say the above Standard Electricals line :).
As for the LEFT, please mind that N-Deal was initiated during BJP's regime. They have joined hands with NDA for what? It does not make any sense. Politics at its best exposed in India! As the saying goes: It happens only in INDIA!

Indo-US Nuclear Deal (Vs) Indo-Pak-Iran Gas Pipeline
USA are clearly preventing India from getting into a Pipeline deal with Iran via Pakistan. Why? Because Iran is now called "the enemy" of United States. India have to clearly think and decide what best interests their nation instead of falling prey to riches in this world by being its pet dog (American's definition for Indians).
Our people must raise their voice by evaluating what is important at present, whether the gas pipeline is necessary or N-Deal is necessary for the immediate future and the best interest for our country. Politicians are playing a dirty business game and trying to sell India's national interests to the hands of Foreigners the mistake that India did long back in the hands of British and the likes.
All Pros and Cons of both the N-Deal and Gas Pipeline should be evaluated and the one that satisfies the immediate future needs of the society should be considered. There are many Cons than Pros in the current N-Deal and I don't why politicians want such a deal and how they call such a stupid thing as a 'National Interest'.
Oh Mahatma Govt., We are not interested in your Nuclear facilities, all that we want is a safe place to live, eat and satisfy our elders and younger generations for their peaceful future. Please don't sell India's interest to business and spoil our alternative self-sufficient and capable plans like Iran Gas Pipeline, Hydro Electric Power, Wind Power etc. Please invest in facilities already available and renovate the capable units instead investing a hefty 350000 Crores of rupees on the N-Deal which will make India a play ground for the USA.

Nokia's Initiative to go Green
In their we:recycle website, they have shown their concern for this environment and have mentioned very good initiatives on how to recycle unused Nokia phones for an useful output.
Their website says "When we take something from the environment, we should give something back. Recycling takes materials from old devices, accessories and packaging and gives them a second life in other new products. It means we don’t take more materials from the environment. And it reduces the amount of energy we use. Take a little, give a little and together we can make recycling part of everyday life."
Thats a touching para that Nokia have come up with. I really admire their commitment to a better and green environment :), these kind of initiatives makes me think of shifting to a Nokia rather than Sony Ericsson ..
I also read in ZDNet website that Nokia will collect the old phones at door step at free of cost (only for USA residents). If this interests you, you can read that article here :
Nokia kicks off aggressive recycling program, Nokia Chat, and E71 further usage thoughts.

Uncertainty in this World
Many a times this thought has to my mind and I have also heard many people speaking on this subject. Today morning my servant maid was speaking about buying "murukku" snacks at snacks bar. She was saying who knows with what OIL they would have fried this "murukku" and what effects is it going to bring to health. She was uncertain on the quality of the cooked product. She was uncertain about the shop, about the product and about her health.
It is definitely natural to think like this but does it affect the morality of the other party is the question at stake. In the servant maid incident the shop keeper's morality is at stake. In other incidents other people/thing/place/object is at question reg their morality. So it clearly shows the morality has got some strong connection with uncertainty. So why are we uncertain? Natural? or is it because we can't predict or foresee the future? Talking about prediction, can an Astrologer predict the uncertain outcome? Definitely not! There are two things in this world which are Probability and Prediction. Both are different but closely related like morality and uncertainty.
As long as people fall prey to money and act against conscience, uncertainty will loom - here people who fall prey are immoral persons (like shop keeper) and people who get this thought are people like us(partially moral). Its really surprising why we get uncertain on many occassions.
Whether people who read article understood what I said is uncertain.
Whether people who accept this article are moral or immoral ones is also uncertain.
So tell me who are you?

Ganguly Speaks Out
This is a real insult for a champion like Ganguly who has successfully captained India and has won matches single-handedly. This is the state of Dravid and Laxman also. Even they have been shown exit doors from the 50-Over format.
More on Ganguly here: I don't remember missing out on a Test series: Ganguly

Keyboard and Optical Mouse Made from Panda Food
They seem ideal for the interior designer who's redoing a home office to match newly installed floor or window panels. People that keep pandas in their home may also dig them.
The mouse and keyboard are sold as a package at the manufacturer's eBay store for around $40 U.S.

Little Johnny
It was Friday morning, and that meant it was time for an activity that the teacher called 'add to the picture'. The teacher would call students to the chalkboard one at a time. The first student would draw an object on the chalkboard, and each following student would add something to the picture to make it a new picture.
The teacher called on James to start things off.
James returned to his seat.
The teacher called on Ernie next.
Ernie returned to his seat.
Now it was Suzy's turn.
Suzy returned to her seat.
Next, the teacher called Jerry to the board.
Jerry returned to his seat.
Kim was called to the board.
Kim returned to her seat.
About this time, little Johnny began waving his arm hysterically. Little Johnny was well known for being off center, so the teacher was reluctant to call on him for anything. But as the teacher looked at the picture on the chalkboard, she thought that there was no way that little Johnny could possibly do anything to make this pictur e dirty. So she cal led on little Johnny, and he ran to the chalkboard.
The entire class erupted with laughter.... the Teacher fainted.
Little Johnny had done it again.
Dasavatharam & the reality - A Review
There are many pluses and minuses that can come out of this movie, but in the end the pluses overshadow the minuses.
First of all the theme with which the story revolves is mind-blowing and difficult for a layman to understand. But trust me, Kamal has tried his best to explain what is what!! The theme as far as I understood revolves around Newton's III Law but Kamal claims in his dialogue initially that a Scientists job has got some connections with the Chaos Theory, Butterfly Effect for example. So he continues explaining how a butterfly effect and the story are interrelated. He intervenes by saying that all the world affairs are interconnected and that somewhere some disaster is because of some other's action (negativism view, hence the chaos theory).
The reality of the saying is experienced in real world today - China's earthquake, Tsunami in Tamil nadu etc. These two aspects are hard to digest but thats the reality and I am sure many people would condemn even such a thought. The Universal Hero then goes about the character and shows how difficult it is for good people to survive in this world and how money, politics and power influence people (both good and bad). We are knowingly or unknowingly affecting our Nature's balance by slaughtering Animals, cutting down trees, polluting the space, smuggling sand (one of the main issues highlighted in Dasavatharam) , etc. These actions causes damages to the Eco System and affects people life in a ripple effect.
Secondly, the characters played by Kamal are worth more than adulation! When seeing the movie we tend to forget that it is Kamal, instead a real person who is performing his own lively incidents. The characters which I loved the most are: Rangaraja Nambi, Balaram Naidu, Govindarajan Ramaswamy, George Bush, Christian Fletcher, Vincent Poovaragan and Shingen Narahashi. The other characters are just too boring or having plastic make-ups. But no harm done, still they have performed well like we students do in any mock-up cultural events.
Next, the direction and graphics. The cut sequences where variety of Kamal meet are awesome and we can't find any difference. The direction, action and editing are done perfectly! The 12th century graphic scenes like flames, under water, etc are awesome and are joy to watch! Only a few scenes were disappointing and looked very much fake as in when they show the 12th century island from a bird's eye view and the Fletcher's escape sequence through Copter when Yuki tries to throw the bomb back at them. Special mention must be made for the tsunami effect in the climax!
Lastly, not to forget the ending part which not only brings sense into the story but also the reality and a few important points for all of us to understand. Kamal clearly says that he is not against GOD nor does he say that he denies the existent of GOD but instead says that he prefers GOD to exist at present (something to clear the speculation off the air). Then back to the conference where Kamal started his story telling, says that unless there are no Debate between two or more parties on any subject, there won't be any peace in this world and the war wont end.
